2022 CrossFit Age Group Quarterfinal and Occupational Games Test Descriptions

The 2022 CrossFit Games Age Group Quarterfinal and Occupational Games workouts are officially released. Like the Individual Quarterfinals, the five workout scores are due periodically throughout the competition, which wraps up Sunday, April 24 at 12:00 PM PT.

Score submission schedule:

  • Workouts 1 and 2: Due Friday, April 22 at 12:00 PM PT.
  • Workouts 3 and 4: Due Saturday, April 23 at 12:00 PM PT.
  • Workout 5: Due Sunday, April 24 at 12:00 PM PT.

When will the leaderboard be updated: Similar to the the Individual and Team Quarterfinals, the leaderboard will be updated after the score submission deadline each day.

Workout 1

3 Rounds for time:

20 Toes-to-Bars
20 Alternating Dumbbell Snatches

50-lb. dumbbell / 70-lb. dumbbell

Time cap: 10 minutes

Workout Variations:
Teenagers 16-17, Masters, 35-54, Occupational Games

50-lb. dumbbell / 70-lb. dumbbell
Teenagers 14-15, Masters 55+
35-lb. dumbbell / 50-lb. dumbbell

For time:

50 Overhead Squats
40 Bar-Facing Burpees
40 Back-Rack Walking Lunges
30 Bar-Facing Burpees
30 Cleans
20 Bar-Facing Burpees
20 Single-Leg Squats
10 Muscle-Ups

65-lb. barbell / 95-lb. barbell

Time cap: 20 minutes

Workout Variations:
Teenagers 16-17, Masters, 35-54, Occupational Games

65-lb. barbell / 95-lb. barbell
Teenagers 14-15
45-lb. barbell / 65-lb. barbell
Masters 55+
45-lb. barbell, 35-lb. dumbbell for weighted step-ups, 20-in. box / 55-lb. barbell, 50-lb. dumbbell for weighted step-ups, 24-in. box

As many rounds as possible in 10 minutes of:

1 Rope Climb
2 Shuttle Runs
2 Rope Climbs
4 Shuttle Runs
3 Rope Climbs
6 Shuttle Runs
4 Rope Climbs
8 Shuttle Runs
Etc.

15-ft. rope climbs, 50-ft shuttle runs

Workout Variations:
All athletes in all divisions will perform the same workout.

50-Calorie Row
15 Handstand Push-Ups
50 Double Unders

Time cap: 20 min.

Masters 55+
Perform handstand push-ups to a 2-in. riser
